About me
Serge joined Sanofi in 2019 as Associate Director of Rare Blood Disorders, aTTP Marketing, where he spearheaded the HCP strategy, promotional tactics, and post-launch activities in collaboration with the commercial sales team and a newly formed Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team. In this role, Serge gained valuable insights into the significance of cultivating KOL relationships and building advocacy within the rare disease sector.
In June 2021, Serge transitioned to Director of Thought Leader Liaisons for Rare Hematology in the US, overseeing two brands and a nationwide TLL team. His success is attributed to the strong partnerships, value, and trust he has cultivated with external HCPs and KOLs, as well as with internal cross-functional stakeholders, all while preparing for future product launches.
Before joining Sanofi, Serge spent 18 years at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), beginning as a sales representative in Boston and advancing through various headquarters and leadership roles in sales training, marketing, operations, launch excellence, and field management. He dedicated 15 years to GSK’s General Pharmaceuticals division and the final three years to the US Vaccines division.
